Prepare the Way

So often we are so caught up in the busyness of life that we forget to prepare for special times.

What does it mean to mark out certain times as holy, sacred? Can we use Advent to slow down, appreciate our friends and loved ones, and truly prepare for the advent of Christ at Christmas?
