The Gateway Academy is a 501(c)3 high school committed to helping special needs students maximize their potential through quality education.
 

Thanks in part to the generous support of the Endowment Board and donations from individual FCC members, the first Gateway Academy fund-raising gala was a smashing success.  About 200 parents, staff, family, and friends got together February 23, 2008, and raised $30,000 to support scholarships and professional development.
 
The Endowment Board supplied a $2,500 grant to underwrite catering and rentals. Individual FCC members gave donations to be auctioned as part of the festivities.  No other organizations or individuals, beyond the immediate families of children attending the school, provided support.  Again, FCC showed its genuine, openhearted commitment to quality education for all students.
